SBH Attends Back to School Refresher Hosted by PATHS

On Saturday, January 18, members of our Prevention Services team, Kenan Tyner-Smith and Jenna Dahl, joined forces with CFS team members Brittany Grinstead and Sherry Ferguson to participate in the PATHS Back to School Refresher event.

We had the pleasure of connecting with over 55 attendees, sharing valuable resources and literature about our services. Families and school-aged children enjoyed a day filled with exciting activities, including:
-Door prizes
-School supplies giveaways
-Clothes giveaways
-Delicious food
-A thought-provoking skit addressing bullying

It was a fantastic opportunity to support the community and help families prepare for a successful school year. A big thank you to PATHS and the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) for hosting this meaningful event!
