With over 24 years of leadership experience across healthcare, behavioral health, developmental services, and human services, Heather brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong record of impactful leadership. She recently resigned as Executive Director at Cayuga Counseling Services, where she had led for nearly 13 years. During her tenure, Heather has excelled in managed care, fiscal oversight, program evaluation, and the implementation of evidence-based practices. Her background is rooted in strategic leadership, project management, and fostering social impact, particularly in areas such as addiction recovery, mental health, and criminal justice initiatives.
