Meet Dr. Debbie Ford

Dr. Ford is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist currently living in Tuscon, AZ. She earned her bachelor’s and medical degree from the University of Arizona. She then went on to complete her post-graduate training at the University of Utah Medical Center. She has over 25 years of experience, most recently serving as a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist and Supervising Attending at La Frontera Arizona. Dr. Ford also consults and provides peer reviews for the Arizona Board of Medical Examiners.

Born to a doctor and an RN, Dr. Ford has always had an interest in medicine. She has two children, two grandchildren. She also has two dogs, a large, 120-pound Akita named Kona, and a mini-dachshund named Sherlock.

In her spare time, Dr. Ford enjoys the outdoors and traveling. Her hobbies include skiing, hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, walking her dogs, experiencing different cultures, and collecting photos of “natural hearts” (hearts formed by nature). Her favorite hike she’s ever taken was along the Na Pali Coast of Kauai.
