COVID-19 Information & Resources
COVID-19 has made things especially difficult, but especially for those already struggling with mental health conditions. The added isolation and stress in this unprecedented crisis has taken an additional toll on our daily lives and mental wellbeing.
To address this, Southside Behavioral Health is determined to continue providing quality care to our communities safely and promptly. We have managed to keep both our doors and our phone lines open.
Southside Behavioral Health is currently offering telehealth psychiatric services for individuals who are at risk or who need assistance. These services include case management, outpatient services, and admissions. Please call 1-833-272-2778 to schedule an appointment or for more information.
Southside Behavioral Health is closely monitoring and adapting to the ever-changing situation. We are adhering to and implementing guidelines from the World Health Organization, The Center for Disease Control, The Virginia Department of Labor and Industry, and The Virginia Department of Health in order to ensure the safety of our communities as well as the individuals we serve.
Day support is open for our residential services only at this time. Psycho-social rehabilitation is open but has limited the size of the group to allow for social distancing.
