Drug Free Workplace Disclosure Statement

Southside Behavioral Health is licensed by the Department of Behavioral Health and Human Services and federally funded for its services and programs.  SBH prohibits the use, sale, dispensing, or possession of illegal drugs and narcotics and alcoholic beverages on its premises. This includes cannabis (marijuana) that continues to be a Schedule I prohibited substance under Federal law.   This prohibition also covers all legal or prescription drugs which may impair an employee’s ability to perform their job.  All applicants will be required to submit to drug testing.  Hiring is contingent upon successful results.
