What to Expect
The front desk staff is there to complete your intake and ensure you get to the right place.
Reimbursement technicians are available to meet with any client who needs assistance determining the services covered by their particular insurance and how much their out-of-pocket charges will be. If a client has no insurance, the reimbursement technician is able to provide a financial assessment to determine their individual cost for services.
Comprehensive Needs Assessment
One of our highly trained therapists will meet with you to complete a full assessment of your needs. During this meeting, you will be asked questions about your symptoms, your previous treatment and what your current needs are.
If your only request is for case management services, one of our qualified case managers will
meet with you to complete a case management assessment.
After the initial intake and assessment, clients may be scheduled for follow-up appointments. If you do not meet criteria for our services, we may refer you to providers in our area that can better meet your needs.
At the time of appointment, please bring a picture ID, social security card (optional), insurance card (we accept many insurances), and proof of income (paycheck stub, W-2, SSI, unemployment, etc.) if you are not insured. Please also bring any guardianship documentation, custody documents and court orders that apply.
